How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse you will receive an email notification with the tracking information included.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer regular flat rate shipping of $10 for all items, anywhere in the Continental US. Orders over $150 ship free!
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Typically, products ship from the warehouse within 3 business days of your order being placed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Be sure that you inspect all cartons for obvious mishandling or damage before the delivery person leaves. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you are responsible for following the carrier's policy of handling damaged shipments. If damage is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page and report it immediately and to make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the damaged package. Arrangements will then be made to provide you with a replacement.
